Analyse sales data and generate reports that provide actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Transform raw data into strategic insights that inform sales leadership and drive executive decision-making and sales strategy.
Build and maintain executive dashboards that clearly communicate key metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and other reporting systems.
Collaborate with the Sales Ops team and sales leadership to streamline workflows, improve lead-to-close processes, and remove bottlenecks.
Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies.
Document processes and best practices, ensuring adoption across the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence, ideally in a consulting firm or high-growth tech company.
- Strong business acumen and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to executive audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in a sales operations within a technology business or background in consulting with exposure to sales transformation projects
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data manipulation languages to enhance data analysis capabilities
- Understanding of complex B2B enterprise sales cycles and sales methodologies
