The FP&A Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a varied and challenging environment where no two days are the same. Duties

Design, develop and maintain complex financial models
Assist FP&A Managers / Finance Business Partners in the preparation of annual budgets, the medium term planning cycle and the reporting of monthly KPIs
Work closely with each function to provide clear and concise data-driven insights and translate strategic objectives into projected financial impact
Design and develop performance reporting and analytics (group and by region)
Support the CFO and Head of Investor Relations with clear and concise narratives on financial results and variances to budget
Prepare business cases to support strategic projects and decisions
Ad hoc analysis and project work to support FP&A transformation efforts and improve financial processes

Requirements

Essential

Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel and Google Sheets
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent communication skills - comfortable communicating complex financial modelling logic to those from non-finance/modelling backgrounds
Proactive, strong attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities
Ability to interact effectively and build relationships with senior management

Desirable

3-5 years experience in Finance / Fintech / Tech / SaaS industry
Experience using accounting and FP&A systems (i.e. Workday Adaptive Planning / Anaplan / Pigment)
Experience working with senior stakeholders
