We are currently searching for candidates to join us for a paid 10-week internship this summer. In this role, you will work within the client delivery team, taking your first steps on the project management career path. Our programme will support your growth and development whilst working alongside senior leaders in fintech.
You will work with senior management, client engineers and business analysts to successfully deliver projects. The role includes tracking project activities, coordinating resourcing, issue & risk management, and project reporting. You will also assist with communications with all project stakeholders, contribute to our collaborative working culture and help drive measurable improvements.

Timeline for the application and interview process
Applications will be open from Monday 13th March – Tuesday 11th April
Interviews will take place from Monday 3rd April – Friday 21st April
Internships will run from Monday 10th July – Friday 15th September
Requirements
Alongside having the core skills below, the new member of the team should be excited to work with new technologies and passionate about developing their project management skills including planning, risk, dealing with cross functional issues, scope and escalations and general coordination to help drive our product forward.
Essential
Proficient in GSuite or equivalent, including Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
Stakeholder management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Desirable
Proficient with Jira
Proficient using spreadsheets (VLOOKUP, macros etc), slides and documents
Project scheduling and coordination skills
Demonstrable stakeholder management to senior level
Preference will be given to applicants graduating in either 2024 or 2025
